Helpful
Hands - Bessie and Mike Hamblin, both disabled, reside in an old
(1919) house located at 305 West Brady. They depend solely on Social Security
and Medicaid benefits to make ends meet.
A new roof and
bathroom facilities have been provided. Also, a new porch across the
back of the house has been built. Volunteer labor was used for the
project.
